Please try the following:
The registration for out portal consists of 2 steps:
- Create a ZEISS ID Account
- Request Access to https://portal.metrology.zeiss.com
Due some reasons, the registration was aborted between the first and the second step.
To complete the registration, please login to the ZEISS ID self Service Portal: https://id.zeiss.com
The registration will automatically continue with the second step.
